David moved from Nigeria to Ireland to pursue his studies at TUS. While the transition was tough at first, he found strong support through the university’s mentorship program. “I was lucky to be matched with a former TUS engineering grad who had gone through the exact same course. He guided me through everything—from understanding CAD software to prepping for interviews.”

He also formed a close relationship with one of his professors, who connected him with an Erasmus+ opportunity in Germany. That exchange led to a final-year project partnership, which then led to a job offer. “Mentorship was a lifeline—without it, I wouldn’t be where I am today.”
